Justin Conlin

Justin Conlin is a Managing Director at Proterra Investment Partners and a member of the firm’s Credit team. He focuses on originating, structuring, and executing direct lending investments across the food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors.

Mr. Conlin brings extensive experience investing and advising across the capital structure in both private and public markets, with a background spanning private equity, M&A, corporate development, and capital markets. Prior to joining Proterra, Mr. Conlin was an investor at Wayzata Investment Partners and began his career at UBS Investment Bank in New York.
